Services for Employers and the Community

• Early Education Partnership, a public-private partnership with the Chamber of Commerce to create new funding streams for child care
• Assist employers with family friendly policies and benefits
• Monitor supply and demand for child care services
• Presentations on child care options and quality care; parenting seminars on child care issues

Warm Line

Free, confidential help to parents and providers who have questions about children's behavior and development. Ask about tantrums, sleeping problems, biting, school and child care adjustment, or any issues of survival as a caregiver. You may call (607) 273-0259, leave your number, and one of our professional staff will call you back within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Central Day Care Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund provides short term financial aid for child care expenses to help parents who are facing a temporary hardship. Call for guidelines and application. Information is also available on child care subsidies offered by the Department of Social Services.
